libibverbs1 software package provides Library for direct userspace use of RDMA (InfiniBand/iWARP), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libibverbs1
libibverbs1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libibverbs1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libibverbs1 *
You will get with libibverbs1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
